It’s been ages since my last update. Adel has turned one month old last Saturday. We had a full moon party at my in-laws place. It was a splendid and happy moment but a very tiring one as well.
Things are going pretty fine except poor Adel caught flu bugs and cough from her elder brother and mommy. I had serious spinning headache, vomited yesterday morning, high fever of 38.9 degree. Phew, luckily after taking medication from doc, feel so much relief now.
Brought Adel to see doctor Eric last night, took her 2nd Hepatitis B injection. She was cranky the whole night. She cried so loud during the jab, like someone has punched her so hard, oh poor girl! I hope she would recover before my CL leaves on this Saturday. One thing for sure I am happy about Adel is she is better drinker than Ivan; she could drink 4-5 oz of milk at one go. Her current weight is 4.1kg. I just hope my milk supply is enough for the little one. At the moment my each expressing milk is about 4-5 0z as well.
My confinement is over except CL is still around, she forbid me to take bath but I curi curi take also. Kekekeke! She is good, I am happy with her performance so far. One thing I like about her is she talks to Adel a lot; Adel seems to be responding to her talk. She even trains Adel to use the potty already. Haha! Well, I sure going to miss her when she is gone. I have to cook and take care of everything, feeling so reluctant to let her go. I had become so lazy with her around, just hope that I could pick up the pace and be an efficient mom again.

hey.. hope you are in pink of health now. Baby Adel got really big eyes, like mummy lorr…. Glad to know you have a helpful CL. Keep it up for bf and I’m sure you are good mum.

She is cute! Yeah, it’s a pain when babies fall sick, isn’t it? I’ve had my share of sleepless nights because of that. But remember, each time a baby falls sick, she’s building up her immune system. So it’s not all bad. Some good does come out of it.
