A friend of mine has given me a master’s contact who is able to lead a person to see his past life and remedy what wrong doing one has done in their past and present life. When I called her, she said she has become a monk in Penang and won’t be back in 3 months time. I asked her how is the entire process, she explained it involves a lot of guidance to many different past life and a lot of repent “忏悔”.
She told me to write a “忏悔文” everyday for at least 3 months and if we have “缘” again. She will guide me. I have put up this “忏悔文” here to share with you. It’s kind of nice to write them at night b4 you sleep. The mind is relax and receptive and it gets to your subconscious mind which makes you really think and repent.

一、忏悔文
忏悔顶礼十方三世一切诸佛。顶礼十方三世一切尊法，顶礼十方三世一切贤圣僧。顶礼归依本师释迦牟尼佛。顶礼上空下道法师：从无始至今，我等流浪生死，曾不觉悟。造诸恶业，无惭无愧。不了真如，不知实相。怀摩尼珠宝，现贫穷贱相。与诸幻相，生种种颠倒执着。妄受诸苦。今与诸佛菩萨及恩师前发露罪衍，求哀忏悔。断诸过患，契入佛智：言忏悔业障者，菩萨自念：我于过去无始劫中，由贪嗔痴，发身口意，作诸恶业，无量无边。若此恶业有体相者，尽虚空界不能容受。我今悉以清净三业，遍于法界极微尘刹一切诸佛菩萨众前，诚心忏悔，后不复造，恒住净戒一切功德。如是虚空界尽，众生界尽，众生业尽，众生烦恼尽，我忏乃尽，而虚空界乃至众生烦恼不可尽故，我此忏悔无有穷尽。念念相续，无有间断，身语意业，无有疲厌。若我此生，若我前生，从无始生死以來，所做众罪。若自作，若教他作，见作随喜。若塔若僧，若四方僧物。若自取，若教他取，见取随喜。五无间罪，若自作，若教他作，见作随喜。十不善道，若自作，若教他作，见作随喜。所作罪障，或有覆藏，或不覆藏。应堕地狱，恶鬼畜生，诸余恶趣，边地下贱，及蔑戾車，如是等处。所作罪障，今皆忏悔。往昔所造诸恶业，皆有无始贪嗔痴；从身语意之所生，一切我今皆忏悔。罪从心起将心忏，心若灭时罪亦亡，心亡罪灭两俱空，是则名为真忏悔。
